Michele Droga

Michele has been an avid reader since childhood, and she never went anywhere without a book in her hand. In grade school, she was the nerdy kid who didn’t want to go outside for recess; instead, she went to the library to write stories. Michele’s keen eye for detail also became obvious: she was the last person picked for kickball, but the first person chosen for spelling bees.

For fifteen years, Michele taught Hebrew School in synagogues. During that time, she discovered the world of lesbian fanfiction, and it changed her life. She joined the online community and met writers from around the world. She began to work as a beta reader and editor, and, eventually, married one of those writers.

Recently, Michele decided to “go pro” doing what she has done for a long time – helping writers strengthen, finesse, and polish stories. She has worked with authors of science fiction, fantasy, contemporary fiction, historical fiction, and short stories.

Michele lives in Tampa, Florida, and still spends most of her time with a book (or e-book!) in her hand. She’s excited to join Eos Publishing so she can use her perfectionism and love of words to help authors build worlds for women.
